Rental Fee Schedule

The following fee schedule applies to non-profit organizations with 501(c)(3) designation (copy of IRS determination letter required) – and reflects a 20% discount of the rental rate, all other items and amounts are billed at the standard rates (e.g. labor).

Base Rental Fee (Non-profit):

  • $1,030.00 for any public/private event (4-hour minimum, regardless of length of presentation) with an audience [based on a 2-hour (or less) performance run time, plus 1-hour before and after the performance]; and

  • $570.00 for a 3-hour non-performance rental (e.g. meetings of less than 75 attendees).

In the event that any additional charges or damages are incurred over the course of the rental, or as a result of the clients use of the facility or any SLCAF/FBISD property or equipment, such amount will be provided to the client following the rental schedule in a detailed invoice of the charges – and must be paid (or arrangement for payment must be made) within 15-days of receipt to avoid collection, legal action or insurance claims.
