Rental Policies
This is just a general overview of a few policies related to the rental of this historic property. Please review the SLCAF Policies and Use Agreement in detail for all information regarding eligibility, reservations, and rental.

The facility is not available for use on a regular basis or available to rent on the following official school holidays: Martin Luther King Jr., Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Smoking, gambling and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

Food and drink are limited to the lobby area only.

Applicants assume liability for the cost of repairing damage to the auditorium property or equipment.
Rental Contract
All applicants will be required to complete a rental contract, but we encourage you to contact SLCAF in advance to discuss the specific requirements of your event and check availability.
